A dancing pencil

It is a newsletter about life hacks, career growth, recipes, and other musings from a twenty-something Asian girl living in Silicon Valley.

I’m Chloe and I’m integrations manager at Gusto, and I help developers build stuff with Gusto’s API. Prior to that, I was on the finance and business operations team to help with strategies, resourcing, and metrics advisory. Before that, I was an investment banker at Barclays helping companies go public. I graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College where I majored in Economics and minored in French and Political Science. In college, I co-founded a student organization Middlebury Women Leaders to help more women build leadership skills. I grew up in Chengdu, China, and usually travel home twice a year.

I've always enjoyed a good story and I hope to use this blog to record the experiences of my own and others.
